My training plan today called for a 75 minute run. I didn't have time to run for that long, so I went out for my usual 10K run. Managed to maintain 8:40 pace for 4 miles then sped up for an 8:15 (helped by a fast 400 m interval towards the end of the mile). Finished with a slow cool down mile, total 6.6 miles in just under 58 minutes.
