Pilates tonight, and after my request last week we had The Prickly Ball! I like this, the first time I saw it I reckoned it looked like a virus (I'm a biochemist, I tend to sciencify things I see). We used it to massage our feet and thighs (after clams) and then between our ankles and knees for squats and rolls. Nice prickly ball :)
Had a few wobbles on knee folds today, couldn't keep my hips level. Possibly because I went running beforehand. I helped with our run club beginners group, we did a short interval session.
